PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
SALES TAX
Sales tax will apply to shipments to Arizona only.
CUSTOMS FEES
You will be responsible for any and all Customs fees and taxes incurred in shipping outside the U.S.
SHIPPING
In stock items will be shipped within 2 days, backordered items will ship upon arrival at the store.
All items will be shipped require signature confirmation.
* Orders submitted for UPS shipment to P.O. Boxes will be changed to the equivalent USPS shipping option as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
BREAKAGE or DISCREPANCIES
If there are any problems with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. The Phoenix Knife House cannot be responsible for claims made after 48 hours. For breakage resulting from carrier transit, please keep the entirety of original item(s) as well as all packaging and packing materials for future inspection by carrier.
RETURNS
- No exchanges or returns will be accepted without receipt, or after 30 days from original date of purchase.
- Please contact us at 480-946-2758 or eytan@phoenixknifehouse.com before returning items, we will not accept any returns without prior contact.
- Merchandise can only be returned if it is in its original packaging and condition. Items deemed a valid return may only be exchanged for other merchandise or store credit.
- If upon return, items are found to be damaged, they will not be accepted or credited unless determined to be defective.
- Please send all items for return via either insured USPS mail with returned Receipt, or insured UPS or Federal Express shipping.
- Placing an order indicates your acceptance of our return policy.
- Items which were customized by request are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Special orders and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
