Masahiro VC
The VC series features a Virgin Carbon steel blade and is Masahiro’s highest grade carbon steel western knife. The blade is sharpened asymmetrically at an 80/20 ratio. Carbon steel is not stain resistant and should be kept dry as possible and oiled when not in use.
