The Saijo series is Masahiro’s best Honkasumi line. It features a Shiroko (white) carbon steel blade with a Honkasumi finish, a D-shaped Magnolia wood handle and a Water Buffalo horn bolster. Carbon steel is not stain resistant and should be kept dry as possible and oiled when not in use.
