These knives are made of a San-Mai (3 layer) construction with a VG10 stainless steel core which has been hardened to a 60-61 Rockwell hardness and the cladding comprised of 33 layered Damascus steel containing Cobalt and Nickel. The handle is a Stabilized hardwood.
